We create ready-to-use prefabricated houses made according to the newest technologies of modern house-building. We use the technology of monolithic foundation production and erect it on the basis of Cross Laminated Timber technology and the Massiv-Holz-Mauer (massive timber wall) technology.
By using CLT and MHM panels we can operate a reasonable price policy which means that there is no reason to go over the initial budget. All the necessary parts are always in place during the building process, avoiding situations where parts are incorrect or missing.
